Meet the Team: Melanie Meder, Contact for Shipping, Export and Order Processing

Who makes sure your orders leave our premises on time and that warehouse and shipping operations run smoothly?

Melanie Meder has been part of our team since February 2020 and is your contact for shipping, exports and order processing at Zische.

Melanie keeps track of open orders and coordinates closely with production and the warehouse every day. Shipments abroad also require export documentation: she prepares the customs documents and helps ensure that the goods reach you without being held up at the border.

Her responsibilities range from answering the main telephone line to shipping, exports, invoicing and order processing. This combination of office work and close contact with production and the warehouse is exactly what she appreciates about her role: no two days are the same.

When Melanie is not arranging your shipment, she enjoys cooking and baking. During carnival season, she takes to a very different stage: she is an active member of a carnival association and performs with its dance group.
